Heparbase gives a numeric dosing information in each degree of hepatic impairment (mild, moderate, severe). In addition, additional information -part includes description of the documentation, possible indication -specific instructions for dosage modification as well as specific instructions for patient monitoring. The dosage form in dosing adjustment is always taken into account. In this heparbase portal, the user can estimate the degree of hepatic impairment by the Child-Pugh calculator (for more detailed information see Help) and, thereafter the searches made and pointed automatically to the right degree of hepatic impairment.
