What plans are available, and how do they differ?
DM offers three different subscription plans – Free, Professional, and Premium – to suit your professional needs.
Free plan
You can anytime register your DM account for free, with no obligations, no credit card required. Your free account gives you free access to videos, diagnostic tools, and educational product information.
Professional plan
In addition to the above, you have access to dental and medical databases. They will help you with differential diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
Premium plan
In addition to the above, you have access to databases related to drug treatment. These will help you to prescribe medication in different situations.

I am ordering personally and living in the EU; why and when must I pay VAT?
Value Added Tax (VAT) is a general, broad-based consumption tax assessed levied in the European Union on the value added to goods and services. It generally applies to all goods and services bought and sold for use or consumption in the European Union. Our VAT rate is 24% which will be added to our prices.
I am ordering personally and living outside the EU; do I need to pay VAT?
No, we don’t add VAT to orders outside the European Union.
Goods sold for export outside the EU or services sold to foreign customers are generally not subject to VAT.
I have a company, can I reduct the VAT?
Yes, you can. VAT paid on all purchases can be deducted from the taxable company’s sales.
DM is using Stripe as a payment operator. Can I trust that my credit card details are safe?
Stripe is one of the world’s largest payment operators for e-commerce. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and holds the PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification, the highest level of certification in the payments industry. Is there a discount if I pay my subscription annually compared to monthly payments?
If you pay your plan annually, you will get a 20% discount compared to the price paid monthly.
Are there any hidden costs with the Free Account?
No, the Free Account will always be free. If you upgrade your Free Account to other plans or purchase other digital products, you will pay that related fee.
I have a coupon code from my institution; how do I use it?
If your institution offers you access to DM, use the coupon code provided by your institution during registration. This will ensure that you have access to all the services purchased by your institution.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
You can cancel your plan anytime, and it will be active until the end of the last payment period.
If you cancel a payable plan, you will still have the Free -plan active. In that way, you can benefit from those features that the Free -plan offers.
